This is a great Paid to Complete Surveys site. It took a while to get going, hardly any surveys for the first couple of months.
Then we discovered that if you log onto your account and complete the competition surveys, they send you more paid surveys.
Most of the surveys we got were for only 50p, but we have had a few for between £1 and £2.50. Not had a one for £3.50 yet.
The surveys are pretty good, and not to long, and it does appear that the more you complete the more they send you.
So, if you join, try to complete every survey they send you as soon as possible. Most of them are time limited and you could miss out if you don't do them soon enough.
We have no doubt that this is the best online survey site, for one reason and one reason only. They have no qualifying question. Every other site we know asks you "qualifying questions", and if you don't fit the profile they are looking for you can't complete the survey.
They ask if you questions about your sex, number of children, where you live, what TV station you watch etc. and if you get one question wrong they say "Sorry, you don't qualify"
You Gov is different, they only ask for your opinion on things, never any personal question. If they send you a survey then you can complete it no matter what your answers are.
In fact, we have proved twice that you can complete a survey by ticking the "Don't know" box for every question and we still got paid!
You Gov does have a higher payout threshold, but because you can always complete the surveys you reach it quicker.
There is no doubt that You Gov surveys are the shortest (they don't ask all the qualifying questions that other surveys do) and they are guaranteed earners (you can always complete their surveys).

We received £5.90 on 23 March 07. This was from doing surveys, mostly for 50p to £1.50. We didn't bother taking part in any of the other activities on Ciao, as we don't have the time. We simply stuck to doing the surveys they sent us.
Ciao is not just a paid Survey site, it is also a thriving online community.
When you join using the links on this page you join the Ciao Consumer Community and Paid Surveys at the same time.
The Consumer Community is very good, as well as getting paid for writing reviews of product, you also get a host of other things. A personal home page where you can tell the world about yourself, a buddie list for all the friends you'll make on Ciao, public and private guest books. You can even display you Ebay auctions, for free and/or recommend your favourite eBay categories to other Ciao users.
The minimum payout for Ciao Consumer Community is £5. Even if you aren't interested in making money, Ciao is a great community to belong to.
To add a product simply sign up to Ciao then navigate to the category you want the product to appear in. Use the more tab in the top right corner.
When you reach the category you want, scroll down until you see the "product not found" link at the bottom of the list of products.
Click this link to bring up the search form, then search for a word that WILL NOT be found in that category. If nothing is found you will see a "Suggest Product" button near the bottom of the page. Click this and up comes the form to get you listed.
You will need a URL, Product Title and Description. You can also add a picture or logo which should be max. 200 Pixel wide or high and not exceed 10 KB.
Once you have submitted the product you will get an email telling you if it is accepted or not.
If you are successful you will be invited to write the first review of your site/product. Make sure you are the first to write a review, as you are the best person to do this, and you get paid twice as much for writing the first review.
Online Surveys - When you sign up to Ciao make sure you complete the surveys in your account. These a short and tell Ciao about yourself, lifestyle, if you have a car, HD TV etc. If you want to get paid surveys you must complete the short surveys first. If you don't tell them you have a car they won't send you surveys about cars!
